Flexible & A La Carte

The right assessment
for every road.

Choose your collection equipment. Choose your assessments. Every combination delivers standards-based, defensible data through the same powerful platform.

What we assess.

Each assessment type is available individually — purchase the ones your agency needs. Every assessment is priced identically within its collection tier.

Pavement Condition

17 distress types detected, classified per ASTM E1778 terminology, and measured via the Road Triage Perception Engine. Every distress is observed across multiple frames for cross-validated, pixel-precise measurement. Crack widths analyzed per ASTM E3303 and AASHTO R 55. Applied to both asphalt and concrete.

Cracking — longitudinal, lateral, fatigue, block, edge, joint reflection, and slippage with sealed and unsealed variants independently identified

Surface defects — potholes, surface deterioration, deformation, and material loss conditions

Repairs — patches and repair conditions tracked to monitor maintenance effectiveness

Change detection — automatically identifies segments where conditions improved, held steady, or declined between assessment cycles

Five scoring methodologies — every standard applies to every score:

RT-PCI (0-100) — D6433, E3303, E1778, R 55
RT-PASER (1-10) — Wisconsin PASER, D6433, E3303, E1778, R 55
RT-CCI (0-100) — E3303 (primary), R 55, D6433, E1778
RT-PCR (0-100) — ODOT DSE, D6433, E3303, E1778, R 55
RT-SDI (0-100) — FHWA SDI, D6433, E3303, E1778, R 55

Traffic Signs

MUTCD-aligned traffic sign detection across 12 categories encompassing 66+ distinct sign types. GPS-located with condition assessment and automatic change detection between survey cycles.

Regulatory — stop, yield, speed limit, no parking, turn restrictions, lane designations

Warning — curve warnings, intersection hazards, advisory speed

School zone — school zone signs and associated speed restrictions

Pedestrian & bicycle — pedestrian crossings, bike route, shared lane

Guide & wayfinding — route markers, destination signs, street names, exit signs

Lane control — lane use, HOV restrictions, merge, lane ends

Construction — work zone signs, temporary restrictions, detour

Railroad — railroad crossing, advance warning, crossbuck

Parking & vehicle — parking restrictions, vehicle restrictions, weight limits

Emergency & service — emergency management, service (gas, food, hospital)

Change detection — automatically flags missing or significantly degraded signs between assessment cycles

Pavement Markings

Lane lines, intersection markings, specialty symbols, and railroad crossing markings inventoried and rated for visibility and condition. Detects fading before markings fall below MUTCD reflectivity minimums.

Lane markings — lane lines (all positions), centerlines, edge lines with segment-level condition

Intersection markings — crosswalks, turn arrows, directional symbols, stop bars

Specialty — school zone markings, bike lane markings, HOV text, railroad crossings

Condition tracking — present, faded, or absent classification with change detection across cycles

Pavement & Roadway Assets

Continuously updated infrastructure inventory with condition tracking across survey cycles. GPS-located with change detection.

Drainage — catch basins, inlets, grates, drains, manholes

Traffic control — signals, signal heads, traffic calming devices

Safety — guardrails, end treatments, bollards, retaining walls

Utilities & furniture — utility poles, street lights, benches, bus shelters, parking meters

Accessibility — ADA ramps, curb cuts, tactile warnings, accessible parking

Need something specific?

The Road Triage Perception Engine is built to be expandable. If your agency has unique detection or measurement requirements — custom object classes, specialized distress categories, or domain-specific assessments — we may be able to address them. We have been working in AI for over a decade.

Discuss Your Needs

Choose your equipment.

The tier you choose determines how data is collected — not what assessments are available. Both tiers run the same Road Triage Perception Engine and deliver the same standards-based scoring. The difference is the collection hardware and the additional measurements it enables.
